Every web design company on Earth says they "care about their customers." It's the most meaningless line in the industry. So instead of saying it, here's the actual list of things we do at Lakeshore Leads for every single client — most of which the bigger Grand Rapids agencies either can't justify or don't want to bother with.
We answer the phone. Hudson answers the phone.
Not a "client success manager." Not a ticket queue. When you call (616) 268-0904, you get the person who built your website. If something's broken at 8pm on a Wednesday, text and it's usually fixed before you go to bed. That's not a service level agreement — that's just what happens when one person owns the whole relationship.
Unlimited edits means unlimited
We've had clients send 12 edit requests in a single month. No "well, that's a redesign, that's extra." No "we can fit that in next quarter." If you want to swap a photo, rewrite a paragraph, add a new service, change your hours — send it and it's done, usually same day. The $179/month covers it. Forever.
We don't lock you in
No contracts. Cancel anytime. If you ever want to leave, we hand over the site files and your domain stays yours. We've actually never had this happen — but the option is there, and that's the point. We earn the month, every month.

We're based in West Michigan. If you'd rather meet at a coffee shop in Grand Rapids, Holland, or Grand Haven instead of doing another Zoom call, just say so. A lot of our best customer relationships started with a 30-minute coffee where nothing was sold.
